Review on UIEGAR Beanie Women Cuffed Winter by David Encarnacion

These hats were a pleasant surprise. We filled military gift bags so we ordered a few of these - they were a great price - and I was so happy when they arrived and I opened them up to wrap. They were soft and well made - much better than I expected. In my opinion, they are perfect - bright colors, suitable for both men and women, and I think the recipient will like them.
