Refreshing but not cleansing
Feels great on skin and is a good cleansing and refreshing touch for morning skin. However, do not use it with the intention of removing all makeup and dirt. I used this and then toner only to find more dirt/oil on the toner cotton wheel. And I'm home most of the time now so I'm not that dirty lol.
