Review on Artestia Cooking Sizzling Stainless Platter by Alex Montgomery

I bought 2 of these sets so we could each have our own bamboo dish. Now we cook and eat steak the only way. You can't beat the freshness and juiciness of a T-bone steak. I heat them in our oven at 550 degrees for a little over an hour. (Our hottest oven will be running) I'd like the stones to stay hot a little longer. Sometimes we can't cook the whole steak on the first stone and then we have to finish our meal on the spare stone. I think we will have 10 minutes to cook on each stone. Our 7 year old son also loves to cook his own steak on the rocks. One of our favorite restaurants is Black Rock and it gives us the same experience at home. Definitely recommend them!
