Haven't used it yet but so far it seems great. I originally ordered a burgundy bag but when it arrived it was too brown for me so I returned it for the black one which I still liked. The exchange was very easy and the replacement came very quickly. I was concerned about the straps from other reviews but so far they seem to be of good quality and a decent length. The bag seems to be good, durable material and all the pockets are very good. The laptop sleeve is a little tight for my laptop, so be sure to note the size if you plan to use it for that. My sister has the same signature bag as the diaper bag and she seems to like it too. Overall it seems like a good buy and I look forward to using it.
