I originally got this for my fridge to organize produce or yogurt since our fridge is always stacked with that stuff. But I think it was a size too big for what I really wanted to do. Never fear though there is always something in my cupboards that is a mess and in need of a little organization.The hubs recently got a wok and is now trying out a lot of Asian cooking. But he isn't cooking on the wok in the house (that would be silly) he is using the burner ring that came with our Turkey fryer and sometimes our Green Egg for cooking.We have a whole new set of ingredients that are just used for this. There is Asian cooking wine, Asian soy sauce (both light and dark), chili pastes, dried chilis, Oyster sauce, 5 different kinds of oils, squirt bottles etc. Instead of him carrying out the 7 ingredients he needs we now have this easy to carry container that holds all of the stuff he needs for cooking with the wok and it has just enough space to add the few items from the fridge so everything goes outside with him for easy use.Then it magically fits back into my cupboard out of the way until the next time he needs it. Currently since the wok is his new toy that is about 3-4 times a week. I really like this concept, I think that it is going to work well for a few other things that continually go outside with him for other cooking adventures. The plan is to build a few of these containers up with the stuff needed for some of his different BBQing needs with all the rubs and seasoning blends that seems to be in every cabinet in my kitchen.The plastic is durable enough that it didn't feel flimsy when carrying it while full and tell hand holds make this perfect if you need something portable to carry stuff you need from the house to where ever you might be cooking whether it is in the kitchen or outside.I need more of these in my life. One day I might even use it to tackle the mess that is my fridge.
