I usually use Aveeno body gel but ran out of products and decided on Art of Sport. I really like the smell of the blue soap (Rise) and find that the orange soap (Compete) is quite good. In terms of cleaning I found it to be pretty good and I never felt like I had to wash again after using soap. Also, I was able to get a good lather which I liked as I had trouble with other soaps. I would say the pole took about two weeks to complete. The reason for the lack of stars is that it doesn't moisturize very well. My skin started drying out on my arms and legs after switching from Aveeno to this bar. Because of this, I don't think I would recommend this if you're looking for a moisturizing soap.
