A halo did not work

Installation was easy but I followed a video I found on the internet where a man installed similar headlights. The quality seems good, but one of the lights didn't have the outline halo working as a chaser (I didn't try the yellow option). I've tried everything except opening the light source. All other lamps worked perfectly, I would definitely give 5 stars if it weren't for this error. If the seller can help me either tell me how to fix it or replace a lamp that would be great.
