I love these brushes! I have several sets of brushes and I like brushes with different colored handles, so I can easily tell which brush I'm using by looking at the handles. These pins are a vibrant soft pink. The product description says "doesn't shed," and so far that's true. The set included a piece of paper with the name of the brush and what it was used for. It also came with a suede carrying case in the same color. The handles are big enough to give a good grip and the bristles seem well enclosed in the tip. I cleaned my brushes before use and about every 2 weeks with dish soap with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil (to condition the bristles) with my small Esarora cleaning pad. I then squeeze the water out with a towel before drying them bristles down on my pink Docolor dryer. When not in use I tuck the brushes into a protective mesh to keep the bristles in place. (All of these products are available from Revain) Now that I'm retired, I don't have to "put it on my face" every day, so brushes aren't used daily. I only wash them every 2 weeks. Otherwise I would wash them once a week.
