First of all, my bust is 42, waist 38, hips 48, I put it on and wasn't happy that it gave me a bun. I was determined to return it. I figured at least let me try it on with stockings and a dress. With the stockings on, the waistband started to form, although I had a muffin top it held up my knees and hips really well. Adjustable shoulder straps make it easy to adjust where the clips should hold your socks. I showed my boyfriend what I looked like and he thought I looked good even with the little cupcake squeeze it gave me. I was happy about the price. I decided to keep it. The next day I wore them all day and yes they moved but not too much. It wasn't crowded but I think I'm as big as you can fit in. It fitted snugly around my waist, but the straps attached to the socks brought it down to the bottom of my waist. And my socks haven't slept all day, and I also felt comfortable sitting in this belt. All in all, it's not a very pretty site at first, but give it a try and wear it all day to see if you like it.
