I can see they have great products/services and the customer service is outstanding!

I like that they have an easy to use interface for creating alerts so it is very quick in getting started using their product when compared against other solutions out there as well! There are many features available but some of them could be more easily accessible from one place instead having multiple places where you need access all your data points or alerting rules etc.. The customer support team has been great at helping me troubleshooting issues i've ran into along my way - this definitely helps ease any concerns about running our applications online vs off premise!! Very happy we chose logGr over others options because its helped us eliminate downtime by notifying/alerts admins immediately if something goes wrong (e g slow response time).

  • Customer management with helpdesk, monitoring / reporting dashboard's & email notification center make things much easier while managing logs remotely via serverless hosting solution ! Allows administrators manage business critical processes through cloud based security platforms such logging tools
