My 8 year old wears a size 13 Sketchers tennis shoes. I bought a size 13 jazz shoes. She must wear socks or tights with jazz shoes. After putting the shoes on after 4 attempts, her toes began to shrink in length. Send back and order a larger pair. I also ordered black and then realized that girls have to wear brown to class. Black is for boys. I still have to return it because of the color. The quality of the shoes looks good. It would be nice to wear this dance season. I have ordered these shoes in the past and they are great for young children.
