The best feature is that you don't have to sign up for any other products or services. Just pay once and they will monitor your credit score for free. It's not very accurate. I'm still trying to figure out how it works exactly, but I know it doesn't work as well as I thought it would. It was advertised as being completely free, but I've spent $40 in time tracking down my identity theft. This has been helpful because I've found who accessed my information and when, but I wish it had worked better. In addition to just tracking my identity theft, I also use this to check if someone applied for a loan in my name or filed a lawsuit against me.
