I am 5ft 6 inches tall and weigh 150 pounds. I ordered a medium size. I am 51 years old and in generally good physical condition. knees, but I have long legs and a short torso. I love wearing this dress. It's a comfy cotton jersey and the colors are so fun! I bought it to wear to the beach but one day I threw it in my duffel bag. and put it on after the gym. I added some cute mini skirt bracelets, hoop earrings and flip flops and I felt so happy and fun! Straps slide up and down to fit. 51 felt great that day.
