I think the overall look and comfort of the chair is pretty good with a few exceptions: 1. The wood doesn't reach far enough to support my wood. I helped the situation a bit by adding a foam pad behind the lumbar spine to allow it to protrude a bit further. Make the waist adjustable.2. The backrest does not lock in the upright position. It's uncomfortable when you're sitting at the computer. I would like this position to be more adjustable to suit the upright position.3. The headrest does not adjust far enough for my needs. The headrest is now adjustable but does not cover the correct area. It needs to be extended an additional 2 inches to properly support the neck when seated. Again this chair looks good, sits well, appears to be well made and has many nice features but as mentioned above it needs some tweaking. All said and done, I keep the chair despite its flaws and actually sit in it now. A week later, the company sent me a wooden cushion that allows me to sit more upright while supporting my back. It was a welcome surprise and very helpful. Thank you!
