I like how easy it was to install this software as well as make changes needed when necessary! There are so many features that we have been able use since our implementation has begun. We also love all the training materials available online which makes us feel comfortable using everything at anytime during an event or project. Nothing really but if they ever do change their pricing model maybe there should be more options depending upon your organization size? Definitely try out openpdm - you will not regret having used them before making any decisions about what other products may work better with yours needs/requirements. The ability to create custom fields within each module (elements) helps keep track of inventory without spending time inputting information manually into excel sheets every single day. This saves lots of man hours by automating some tasks. It's great being able to search through projects & elements very easily while keeping up-to date records from previous years' events where things were done differently than now. Also.
