I was so happy with this wonderful mount. I was able to position it low enough that it didn't block my view at all. It was very easy to adjust to different angles, e.g. B. when a passenger enters an address and then returns it to the driver. It was durable aside from the sticky foil that melted in the heat, but I used it for many months without it. It didn't bounce and was the perfect mount. I received it in August 2014 and today June 2015 the pins broke when trying to put the GPS back in the holder. One was completely broken and the other two pins were broken and didn't hold the phone. UPDATE: The company commented on this review stating that the product is covered by a lifetime warranty and emailed them mentioning the review and they will send me a replacement unit free of charge. I sent an email and after a week of no response I emailed them again. Then I got an answer and I wasn't very nice because they said they didn't get the first email. It was on a Wednesday and I think I got a replacement two or three days later. The replacement has worked flawlessly so far. Fingers crossed that he continues to do well. I like this because I can position the device so that I have a full view of my windshield and still see the time and temperature in my car.
