My eye no longer hurts after watching TV or working on the computer all day. I sit at the computer for at least 8 hours a day and have found my eyes to become dry, irritated and sore after computer screens. I needed to protect my vision so I decided to invest in glasses that block blue light. They're affordable and come with a great sturdy case! so sweet and lovely. It even came with a cleaning cloth and a blue light for testing. I really wish they had a smaller lens width because the glasses are quite large on my small face. Otherwise buy these glasses. Your eyes will thank you later. That's the best thing you can do for yourself. If you sit at the laptop/computer all day and then at the phone, you are putting a lot of strain on your eyes. Enjoy!
