Review on Xerox C405 DN MultiFunction Replenishment by Loren Schmidt

I spent almost $800 on this printer and I haven't even had it for 6 months and it never works properly. Right out of the box it had trouble finding the internet (it's a shop so we have a properly installed very expensive server) so we ended up hardwiring it to the ethernet. Then I had to send it back. Since then, the problems have not stopped. The printer keeps getting a "device error". We sent it to a local technician and spent $300 on a replacement part that is needed every 25,000 pages printed. And now that it's "fixed", the device malfunction is back with a new problem. All in all this was the biggest piece of junk I've ever bought from Amazon and I can see I'm not alone. There are many 5 star reviews but I guarantee you they have not used this commercially as advertised for use. And they may not have used it at all before reviewing the product. I wish it had a guarantee but of course they will never make any money offering a guarantee on a product they know is rubbish! :( Don't be fooled like me!
