Turning the volume up and down can be painful (long presses on the previous and next buttons) and the audio doesn't get very loud. I used to have a cheaper/smaller speaker that was twice as good. I should probably just come back to that. This can be normal in your kitchen or in a room that you don't visit often. but otherwise I would just avoid this speaker.
