Love this maternity bandage. At 24 weeks I started getting very uncomfortable back and hip pain so I bought this. It helps a lot. I can actually be on my feet and take care of the things I need without having to limp around. As the weeks went by I grew taller and noticed a HUGE difference between wearing this band and not wearing it. If I don't do this, I'm in pain for up to an hour after waking up. I can really work with a group. As soon as I take the bandage off at night I can feel my hips/back stretching from the pain I would feel if I didn't put the bandage on. I love this thing! Sizing note: I am a pre-pregnancy size 2 and this band fits me. It's at the end of the velcro (so there will be a lot more room when I grow up). If you are small, this strap should fit you perfectly.
