I like that this software allows you to manage your entire hotel or restaurant business from one place with all of its features! It is user friendly so it's easy for any customer service representative to use when dealing with guests who have questions about their reservations/bookings - they can refer them straightaway if required without having to ask someone else first (which takes time!).

The ability to add custom fields makes things even easier as well because there are no limits in what information we wish to collect using our system!
