Based on all the reviews and everything I've heard so far, I expected the epilation to be painful. However, I must have a high pain threshold as I felt almost no pain. For me it was a slight craving, almost imperceptible and generally annoying. I'm prone to ingrown hairs and some stubble. But the hair doesn't grow back that quickly. I get results in a week. And I shave really badly. My skin is very sensitive and I cut myself no matter how careful I was. This gave me significantly better results. No cut. No more scars. Surprisingly, there was less irritation the next morning. Although there is a slight reddening immediately after epilation, you should not do it immediately before an important event or when you have to leave the house and your legs are bare. Overall, I am very happy that I chose this device.
