As another reviewer pointed out, it's really just a sugar scrub. I used to buy an actual gold flake microdermabrasion scrub at the beauty spa at my local mall hoping to get something similar, but unfortunately it didn't come close. I could see how people with sensitive skin can find it very abrasive. I would give it three stars because it does a good job of cleaning and removing dead skin, which is why I bought it to serve its intended purpose, but it seems blatant false advertising to claim that something uses the item as a has its primary. Ingredient, if it's so obvious, don't. I will not buy it again nor will I recommend it.
