The first roll had problems where the labels were badly cut in the repeat.
Ordered and received in December. There were problems with the first roll where the labels cut poorly to a repeating pattern of about ten labels. Every reel we've used has the same problem. Of course, I didn't see a return window, so I skipped that deadline. Have now contacted them and have received no response. Of course, I first discussed this topic with Avery Elle. Her name was on the roll cover so I would assume it was her product. They referred me to Monarch and their response was that you didn't buy them from us so we can't help you. Trust me, it might be time to buy another brand of gun and ditch that Monarch brand gun.
