It allowed some of our clients to get a live stream of their events to a wider audience. They were happy and engaged with the service and the quality of the video was good, however we had the following problems:- some of our clients weren’t using a VPN when we sent them the video. - sometimes it would take up to 5 mins for the video to start. There was also a delay between when the audio was uploaded to the video, so it wasn’t a seamless experience. - when we were trying to use the service there weren’t any more videos for us to play. We had to search through a lot of them which meant we couldn’t get to them until a few minutes later. We used it to give our clients access to their events via a video which allowed users to follow along with the live feed. The capability of autoplay video in an e-mail campaign has been very helpful for our business, making it more interesting than other types of emails that we send out daily. It also gives us many opportunities to learn about how people interact with them through their different platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
