Only fits very large men's watches that are in fashion today, no change. If it's a "regular" or older men's watch, you'll need to trim the center band to make it round. It's also a very large faucet. I bought this for my 16 year old son, he is of average height, very athletic and has larger wrists than most of his friends. I still had to add 2 holes in the strap to get it tight enough on his wrist. I'm 6'4" / 250 pounds and it fits me much looser than any other watch strap I've ever had. I usually find it very difficult to buy watches due to the width of my wrists, but this one fits. They have very large wrists or don't mind making your own modifications then you can keep looking.
