We bought this (and another size) to replace our other cookware. We have had them for 2 years now. Advantages They are so compact. We can pack our entire collection of food storage containers into one small box. The containers and lids are thin and fold well. They're dishwasher and microwave safe, and because the containers are black, they won't show stains from red sauces. They are a good size for tidying up leftovers. DisadvantagesAfter 2 years, we only have a few pieces left. Because they are very thin, they break and tear easily. It wouldn't matter much if they were significantly cheaper than, say, Rubbermaid's containers, but they aren't. We've never had a problem using them in the microwave or dishwasher, but when we used them once in the freezer, they broke from hitting the counter too hard. Yes, we could probably extend their lifespan by hand washing them, but their only point for us is convenience. We generally like how little space they take up, but aren't impressed with their quality/durability.
