I had to send it back because although it fits the iPad 10.9 it didn't fit. The screen protector was too big (it wouldn't even fit in the case on its own) and the case was too small for the iPad. update it although i had a problem. This company went out of their way to contact me and ship me a new case and screen protector. If I were strict on customer service I would give them 5 stars. The new case they sent in as a replacement fits my iPad so it is now protected.
