This workout strappy athletic top is perfect for anyone that does medium-intensity exercising. I purchased it for some support for walking and it hits the mark perfectly. Unless you are small-breasted, I wouldn't recommend it for running or jogging, but it's great for walking or mat/weight workouts. Also, pretty and provides just enough coverage so you aren't falling out the sides.
