I was very happy about this product. I look forward to recycling alongside trash in a clean and organized space. Unfortunately, the problems outweigh the comfort. 1) Both containers are very small (or a very small shape?) and when the correct gallon trash bag is removed are barely half full. We have used more garbage bags in the last 2 months than usual for 62) The garbage bags won't stay in place and will dangle on the side (which makes it awful). You have to adjust it almost every time you throw something at it. The metal handle that's supposed to hold the bag doesn't stay in place. In fact, after less than a week of using this junk, my husband removed the metal handle from recycling out of frustration. and when I say "deleted," I just mean sent to the side because it fails every time you take out the trash. 3) The reason my husband removes the metal handle is that when you pull out the full garbage, the handle catches on it and the bag rips. Big mess! 4) After just two months and two days of storing this junk, the recycling lid broke. There is a small plastic hook that holds it and allows it to be raised and lowered. The lower part has broken off. To close I have to put it back on or when opening I have to be careful not to let it fall out. The strange thing that broke is the recycling, which is used much less than garbage 🤨 Again, I was really looking forward to this garbage, although my husband was very unhappy with the high price. Unfortunately, I flushed my money down the toilet. Looking for something much better than this.
