The plus points: This monitor is very handy, the display is perfect for a professional environment (good color reproduction, decent response time and refresh rate and super bright), great stand and excellent USB-C power delivery. Of the minuses - the backlight went out only after 2 months of use, still under warranty. It makes you think about the overall quality of the display. Luckily the customer service is pretty good but I'm disappointed with the whole repair process as it takes too long. LG will provide you with a FedEx country return label that will be mailed to the California repair facility. I'm on the east coast and it took me about 4 days to get there, another 2 weeks to fix the display and about another week to get it back. I was without a display for about 4 weeks which hampered my productivity - I had to go back to my 25" 1080p display. I'm happy with the display overall, including the after-sales service. I guess I just wish there were more local workshops in case this happens again.
