First I would like to tell you what I like about the stand. The design is pleasant and unobtrusive. I would like the cable to be white instead of black so it fits better. Everything works exactly as advertised and the AirPods charger on the bottom is very handy. The magnets feel right in the sense that they're easy to take off and put back on, but they never fall off. The base doesn't lift up when the phone is removed (for reference, I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max). It's great to have my phone by my side while I work. Plus, the angle is adjustable so you can get it just right. The phone also rotates easily to landscape mode. It's important to note that it does NOT support official 15W MagSafe charging, only standard 7.5W Qi charging. Personally, that's fine for me as I use it at my desk most of the day and slower charging is better for the battery. Well what I don't like. Only one thing is true: the build quality is a little worse than we would like. My biggest concern is the loop on the charger. As far as I can tell it's all plastic and seems like it could fail over time. It also wobbles a bit in place, so it can wobble slightly when you tap the phone. Never falls down or anything like that. The rest of the charger is also plastic, except for the rubber grommet on the bottom of the AirPods charger and the rubber ring on the bottom for gripping. Overall, this is a great stand for the price. Very satisfied.
