The customer support is very good, they are always ready to help you out with any question or concern that arises during your course of work. I have never encountered a problem working with them so far; all communications go smoothly and quickly as expected from their end! They also offer an easy-to-use platform for creating courses which makes it much easier than having someone create content manually in Word/Powerpoint every time you need one created. Nothing really at this point - everything seems pretty great overall.
