I bought this for a small computer monitor that doesn't have a stand. It was very easy to put together and I only had to make minor adjustments when connecting it to the monitor. The only downside, and mostly just me with OCD, is that the angle of the foot isn't quite the same. The left foot points slightly more to the center than the right.
