Correct shapes but weak template Metal

The templates are exactly the shape I expected. I can't do anything about it, but it kind of repeats itself. Look carefully before you order to make sure you're getting what you need. I was quite happy with the repeating shapes. I chose to order this set because they were metal and had an envelope. Well I didn't get quite what I was hoping for. See below for more details. I was very disappointed with how fragile these stencils were. Based on the picture I figured it was some strong metal that I could just insert a pin in and trace around. Unfortunately, stencils are made out of cheap metal that will bend when you paint some of these items. You need to hold them very gently and apply a little pressure to make sure the shape is right. Also when I ordered it looked like they would come in an envelope which I could continue to store them in. It wasn't like that. ; It does not close again after opening the packaging. Each stencil template has its own plastic holder but they are not big enough to hold more than 1. So you still have a bunch of stencils that need to be stored somewhere. If you have a really steady hand (I don't have, so stencils are needed) and/or a good place to keep a whole bunch of them, then you'll get exactly what you're looking for.

Pros
  • 4 x 7 inch templates. Fits most A5 organizers/notebooks such as Leuchtturm and Moleskine. You can also attach your stencil to your journal with washi tape.
Cons
