Review on BOLS Magnetic Connector Charger - Enhanced Compatibility for Charging by Scott Ward

**UPDATE** Have been using this adapter for about a month, very light usage. I recently noticed that a persistent connection is not maintained. About every 1-2 minutes, the laptop loses connection to the power supply and then reconnects. This is very frustrating as the laptop goes into sleep mode (dims the screen, slows down the processor) and then returns to normal. Very annoying! I tried cleaning the contact points but it still doesn't work. **FIRST REVIEW** Even though my 2013 MacBook Pro is 8 years old, it still has a lot of life in it! In fact, two of my biggest complaints about it are: - Difficult/expensive to find a replacement for the MagSafe 2 power cord these days - All my other computers use USB-C these days, and it would be nice if this computer did too. This inexpensive little adapter solved that problem for me! This adapter effectively brings my old MacBook Pro into the modern age while retaining everything I loved about MagSafe. The magnetic hold is just as good as the original Apple Cord. PLUS, it still uses red and green LEDs to show if it's charged or fully charged. I'm totally in love with this little thing. This extends the life of my old Mac for just a few bucks.
