My 3 year old daughter loves this swimsuit!
She is just over 3 feet tall and weighs 30 pounds and a size 3-4 fits perfectly. Just pull up and down to go potty. Not open and not pushy. Washed several times (also in the dryer) and holds up perfectly. She wants to wear it to bed all the time because she thinks it's so pretty. :) I recommend.
