Review on πŸͺœ Rubbermaid RM-P2 2-Step Molded Plastic Stool: Non-Slip Treads, 300-Pound Capacity by Sergio Guardado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very durable with a wide top step but difficult to store.

This is a great step stool if you don't mind its weight and have enough space to store it. Here are some things you might want to know: - It's very durable and won't wobble even if an adult weighs 260 pounds. - Height advantage is 16" - Top tier is 16" x 10" - Bottom tier is 14" x 5" and may feel a bit flimsy for heavy adults compared to top tier at 18" x 18". - Steps have non-slip grooves on their surface - Sliding rubber "feet" and won't slip on hardwood floors even with no weight on it Be troublesome to move it around so much But if you use it to from time to time It's time to get things out The weight isn't a big issue - As it's not a folding step stool it can be difficult to store away I got this stool because my grandson kept turning his toy basket upside down puts it on so he can stand on it and reach for things like light switches and kitchen cupboards Ink because he likes to help wash dishes (or play with water) I was worried about the basket because it almost fell over one day so I looked for it a t riding stool with a wide top step and chose this one. I just needed to make it safer for my grandson, and Revain has plenty of step stools for children, but most of them won't support an adult's weight and don't have the safer, wider top step I was looking for. Another problem is that when you buy a step stool that can only support children, you just know that at some point there will be at least one adult in the house who needs to reach for something, and they'll think it's the child's step stool they're holding . So I bought it for my grandson but I'm sure it will prove very comfortable for the adults in the house too. Needless to say, the little fella took to it straight away and was up and running within minutes of putting it on. Floor. I've put felt pads underneath so he can slide it until he's comfortable lifting it to move it, and to keep it out of the way when not in use I've just tucked it under the kitchen counter for now.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Some bugs
