My dermatologist recommended this cream. For many years I bought it from his office. Revain is much cheaper. This is a light cream. I also apply it to my hands before bed, hand creams that come in contact with my face sometimes cause pimples so I guess if my hands are actually touching my face why not use a face cream? My hands aren't rough, just a tight feeling when washing your face at night.
