I liked these whiplash cups so much I bought a set for my son who has severe back pain due to a hardened spine. They work especially well when you use an oil like comfrey-infused olive oil. They can leave red rings, but who cares when it helps with pain! Also, celebrities walk the red carpet wearing red rings so people don't get scared when they see them. :) Another advantage is that there are 2 sizes, so you can fit smaller cups on more curved areas like the neck. I highly recommend it!
