Review on Berliner Bags Utrecht Backpack Rucksack by Jacqueline Mclaurin

I'm a little confused by the color. I was hoping for a rich dark color like the pictures. The package arrived with some random indentations on the front. The skin is very tough but will get better with time. The lining of the laptop is very soft and soft. I'm sure my MacBook Pro is safe. My iPhone XS Max fits well in the phone holder. There is no pen slot. Surprisingly, there is another pocket inside the outer zip pocket. The "secret" pocket on the back is convenient for storing a wallet, passport or plane ticket. The seams are neatly sewn, the leather is of good quality with a pleasant smell. A bonus luggage tag and keychain became a great addition. Update: 01/28/20 I applied several coats of leather conditioner, polished, now the bag is softer, with a beautiful color and shine. I leave it on overnight after each use to allow it to soak in. I used an all natural product from Colorado. See New before and after picture added.
