I've wanted to try the mouthguard for a long time to see if it helps with my frequent headaches and migraines. I wonder if I grind my teeth and if I don't know anything else my tongue gets pressed against the back of my upper teeth while I sleep, not where your tongue should be. My upper jaw hurts a lot when I have a headache, which tells me to try a mouth guard. I love this mouthguard and feel like wearing it for 4 nights has already reduced my headaches. I have not taken any prescription migraine medication since starting it. I would 100% buy it again.
