The item came with a broken bulb in the package.

A bulb arrived broken. I needed 2 bulbs so I just went to Home Depot and bought the 2 bulbs I needed. I got credit for a blown lightbulb, but I didn't want to wait and possibly get another blown one. I have one left now that I don't really need but it is what it is.
