I've been using this toothpaste for about 2 weeks and I'm very satisfied. I did my own filling because I didn't have dental insurance and while I believe in your 6 month check ups, this toothpaste has given me more confidence to go to the dentist in the first year my dental insurance goes into effect. I was in so much pain in the cavity that I would fill myself up and if even a little air, food or drink got into that area, the pain would be excruciating. Since using this toothpaste I no longer have to: 1. Fill my tooth with temporary filling2. I can eat and drink without filling. I can't say the cavity is filled because I'm not a dentist but I can say the pain is gone and I can use my teeth as usual lol. As for the transparency of my teeth, I feel like it has improved and I can use my whitening products. I am very grateful for this toothpaste, that's all I can say.
