I will not be returning this item as it is my own fault for not reading carefully. BUT CAREFULLY. Despite the photos showing that everything is packed in this box, and despite the inscription "56 pieces" and the talk of blades and tools, etc., this is nothing more than a plastic box with foam rubber inside. You pay $13 for a small plastic box that probably costs a factory in China five cents to make. I bought this for a family member who does embroidery so didn't really understand what I was buying. I can't imagine giving anyone an empty plastic box, so I'll take something else. I actually thought I had all the tools too. Like I said, my fault. But remember you are only buying a box of foam rubber. Period.
