The silkiest tonic ever!
I've been using toner after cleansing my face for decades. This toner is by far the best toner I have ever used. The consistency is a silky liquid, not watery at all; I don't need a cotton swab to apply it. I put about 5 drops in the palm of my hand, that's enough for the face and neck. I have had no side effects from using it with my moisturizers. I highly recommend this product.
