Review on 🐱 Calming Diffuser Kit for Multi-Cat Comfort Zone by Susan Cox

Bought for my 6 year old tortoise who has had a lot of issues with redirected aggression in our new home. Although she is a house cat and an only child, the area is full of cats, dogs, rabbits, possums and other woodland creatures who come to visit her often. She was particularly restless in our living room, where she could smell the neighborhood cats and jump up and down when she heard people coming and going. The redirected aggression and fear was so strong that at times she attacked me so brutally that I had to throw a sheet over her to protect both of us. I have 2 stories but I only put one in the living room to start with, it's expensive. This product worked for a week and a half but it certainly helped a lot. It smelled like burning for about a week, but then it went away. The baby is much less restless and constantly nervous, and we can live together in the living room without being too afraid of attacks. She still cringes when she hears people, but she's not in complete psychosis. She's a lot nicer and I can let her sleep on my bed without fear of being attacked in my sleep (although she started sleeping uncomfortably close to my face and even tried to open my eyes in my sleep one night) . Ironically, her scratches intensified. Now she scratches things she has never scratched before. With that said, I'll trade the scratches on the stairs and couch for a blood draw any day. The only complaints are that it only takes 4 weeks, is very expensive and is a fire hazard. I would definitely buy it again because it's better than putting my girl on medication or worse animals taking it away from me due to aggression. Definitely recommend. Some of her remaining zany behavior is likely the result of not getting enough Feliway, and the rest is likely due to her fear. I'll probably end up putting another one in her bedroom (yes, she's a spoiled brat) for better effect.
