I noticed a difference after 3 weeks of new growth on the lower lashes
I took a picture of my eye with no makeup (serum after) and with makeup (no serum before with mascara and upper lashes). , so you can see it definitely helped. I never had a full set of lower lashes, so I wore mascara to at least make the small lashes I had look like triggers. I didn't apply mascara or lashes to grow my lashes. I hope it helps! It works great on eyebrows too! There is also growth!
