Review on Moona Apple iPad 2 3 4 Retina Case - Hybrid Full Body Armor Protective Shockproof iPad Cover with Hand Grip and Rotating Kickstand by Bruno Gilbert

Great case, especially for the price!

I like this case. Originally I had a flip top, a leather case that slipped into a recess to serve as a stand and also had a handle; but he was motionless, and the "standing" aspect wasn't great. For a "cheap" case, this one is of high quality. Pros: The grip and stand rotate 360* so you can actually get some good angles with the stand and find a comfortable stylus position in both portrait for reading and landscape for gaming. The body fit is patchy and very tight. There are rubber buttons above the power, home, and volume buttons. The headphone jack, lock switch and power jack are covered with a rubber cover. Also, the power connector coverage is very wide if you have older iPads with a wider 32-pin connector or if you have a very wide cable that needs to be used on the iPad. Cons: not many, but the handle and stand feel like the cheapest part of the case. Both feel like they won't last long (although haven't had any issues so far and I've been using them A LOT since I've had them). And a bit picky, but it's annoying, the case comes pre-assembled, it's very tight and extremely difficult to take apart to fit an iPad when you first get it. That's all I have. Hope that helps. **Update** Like I said, the handle and stand seem like the cheapest part of the case to me. Well, the stand works in the same way, although it doesn't provide a firm fixation when in use and tends to fold when in use, which is a little annoying. You really have to put pressure on it and position it before you let go and not even try to touch it after that. The handle is made of leather-like material and the more I use it, the more it stretches. It is not adjustable like some other models. So if it gets weaker, there's nothing you can do about it. Still worth the cheap price and an overall solid case despite 2 issues that arose. I usually buy cheap cases when I first get a device (since I've just spent so much money on it) and then upgrade it. I'm still happy with my purchase and think it deserves 4 stars even if it's not a long-term solution.

Pros
  • Quality workmanship
Cons
  • Not as good as it says
