This is REQUIRED for a multi-monitor desktop setup. Being able to move everything to an ergonomic height is essential to prevent back pain and stay productive. The stand itself is incredibly solid and there's no sagging when you let go of the monitor movement, but at the same time they're not very rigid, which I think is a good thing. The only problem I have is that the connection point to the table is very weak and if you don't use both you won't have a good grip. But that also means you can't keep your desk level with the back wall.
